Practical Mindfulness is an independent practice offering friendly, down-to-earth mindfulness training. We’ll guide you step-by-step, helping you weave mindfulness into your daily life. We offer:

  • 4-week Introduction to Mindfulness course - a gentle start for beginners
  • 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course - the 'gold standard' introductory course
  • One-to-one mindful coaching -  tailored to meet your specific needs, offered in a safe, confidential space


Our aim is simple: to help you find calm, clarity, and perspective - and make modern life feel just a little bit less rubbish.
