Mindful coaching

One to one coaching - £100 per session

What is Mindfulness Coaching?

Built on the twin pillars of Awareness (that something needs to change), and Responsibility (to make the change), mindfulness coaching is a journey of self-discovery, leading to greater resilience and wellbeing, and less stress and anxiety.


In a world where we are constantly in demand, 1-2-1 mindfulness coaching sessions are designed to guide you on this journey, creating space to help you cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.


What you can expect

  • Our 1-2-1 coaching, built around the concepts of trust and confidentiality, is a safe spaces for you to explore the present and make plans for the future, whether you’re seeking stress reduction, improved focus, greater resilience, or a greater sense of purpose.
  • Our qualified coaches work with supporting, questioning and respectfully challenging you, with the sole purpose of helping you achieve your goals.


How it works

  • We begin with an initial chat, to understand you, your goals, challenges, and whether there is sufficient ‘chemistry’ for us to work together. This conversation also offers you the opportunity ask any questions that may come to mind.
  • From there, we would typically contract for an initial 4 x 1-hour fortnightly sessions, usually online, at a time and day to suit. Throughout these sessions we are working with your agenda, progressing towards achieving your goals and objectives. 
  • In between sessions, you may be expected to practice and try out mindfulness tools and techniques at work and at home.
  • You are free to leave the coaching relationship at any time – we have a check-in at the start and end of each session. Should you wish to continue beyond the initial four sessions, this can be negotiated at the time.

How It Works

 

  • This      course will be held live on Zoom. Both the tutor and participants will be live and visible      throughout.
  • You      will need a PC, laptop or tablet that is able to access Zoom, with a      camera and microphone, a good internet connection, and a private space      where you will not be interrupted.
  • This course      is not offered as a treatment for any specific psychological or physical      conditions. The course may not be suitable for people experiencing severe      difficulties. For more
